Cancellation & Refund
At Harbour Analytics, we strive to provide the best IT consulting services to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or modify services. Below is our cancellation and refund policy that outlines the process and guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation: You may cancel any service with Harbour Analytics at any time by providing written notice (email or other communication) to your account manager or our support team. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon.

Project-Based Services: For projects with a defined scope, you may cancel the project at any time. Cancellation must be communicated in writing, and the cancellation will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated in your contract. Depending on the project stage, we may invoice for work already completed or for the work performed up to the cancellation date.

Recurring Services: For subscription-based or recurring services, cancellation must be received at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period. If cancellation occurs after this time frame, charges for the next billing cycle will still apply.

Notice Period: In some cases, a notice period may apply. This will be outlined in your contract or service agreement.
2. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as setup fees or one-time service charges, may be non-refundable, as outlined in your service agreement. Please refer to your specific agreement for further details.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for services that have already been rendered or completed may not be issued. However, if a service is canceled before it is provided or during the initial setup, we may issue a partial refund based on the work completed.

Project-Based Refunds: If you cancel a project before it is completed, we will provide a refund for any prepaid amounts minus any work already completed or costs incurred by Harbour Analytics. This will be determined based on the project's progress at the time of cancellation.

Subscription-Based Services: If you cancel a subscription service before the next billing cycle, a refund will only be issued if you have been charged for the next period, and you have not used the service during that cycle. Refunds will not be issued for any period in which the service has already been used.
3. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Cancellation: To cancel a service, please contact us at info@harbouranalytics.com with your cancellation request. Be sure to include relevant details such as your account number, service details, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Request: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with your request at info@harbouranalytics.com , detailing the service provided and the reason you believe a refund is warranted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
4. Exceptions

Force Majeure: If your service cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events), we will work with you to resolve the situation fairly, but refunds may not be issued in these cases.

Service Failures: If there is a failure in our service delivery that does not meet the standards outlined in your service agreement, we will work to resolve the issue. If the issue is not satisfactorily resolved, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms of your agreement.
